CAS Field Trips
Most trips are led by volunteer Clearwater Audubon Society leaders. Unless otherwise indicated, they are free and open to the public. We host monthly guided bird walks/outings at Moccasin Lake Nature park which is free to the public. The schedule will be updated as more information becomes available. When you arrive we'll have our sign-in sheet. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Be sure to plan accordingly: bring water, snacks (lunch is appropriate), hat, sunscreen, binoculars, and dress for the weather (know the current forecast for the trip location). Keep emergency contact information on your person (for example, in your chest pocket or on your phone). We look forward to seeing you at the park.Guided field trips are usually October to May.
Our field trips and programs are open to anyone who has an interest in learning about Florida’s environment. Call the trip leader prior to the trip for directions and information. Phone numbers are (727) unless otherwise indicated.
They also appear in calendar entries above and in MailChimp.
