CAS Field Trips

Most trips are led by volunteer Clearwater Audubon Society leaders. Unless otherwise indicated, they are free and open to the public. We host monthly guided bird walks/outings at Moccasin Lake Nature park which is free to the public. The schedule will be updated as more information becomes available. When you arrive we'll have our sign-in sheet. Pets and smoking are prohibited.  Be sure to plan accordingly: bring water, snacks (lunch is appropriate), hat, sunscreen, binoculars, and dress for the weather (know the current forecast for the trip location). Keep emergency contact information on your person (for example, in your chest pocket or on your phone). We look forward to seeing you at the park.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meet time designated.

DISCLAIMER: Any person participating in a Clearwater Audubon Society (CAS) Field Trip does so at the individual's own risk, and acknowledges that CAS has made no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the safety of conducting these activities at these sites. All participants will be required to sign a waiver form/sign-in sheet releasing CAS and its Officers, Directors, Field Trip Leaders, Assistants and Employees from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damage, costs and expenses resulting from any injury or damage caused by failure to follow instruction.
We believe that diversity, equality and inclusion are essential to creating global citizens who celebrate the unique differences of all and understand that each person plays a critical role in our global society. Please treat everyone with dignity and respect.
